FOLDER GLUER SECTION

Stabilizer temperature adjustable inject spray glue system.

Paperboard be run forward by former convey belts consisted of up lower belt. The gap of entrance up lower belt can be adjusted automatically.

Pressure wheels of entrance are loaded by springs.

Solid folding beams with strong rigidity good stability suit high speed running.

There are two set side pressure wheels against the folding knife to ensure folding lines precise.

Back end convey belt with vacuum holes prevent sliding to form shear fork.

Lower folding belt which speed is adjusted individually by servo motor avoid shear fork.

Counter & Ejector Section

Photoelectric sensor counting accurately.

Three group of servo motor finish the function of precise counting, stacking conveying out while high speed running.

Server control high speed separating bar to stack according required quantity per pile.

Pneumatic assistant supporting bars make boxes stacking flat.

Pile boxes ejected by pneumatic pushing plate in order.

Strong wind ejected by pneumatic pushing plate in order.

Backboard motorized move adjusting (automatically manually) according box’s spec.

Both up lower convey belts transfer pile boxes together.

The height of up belt can be adjusted automatically manually according the quantity per pile.

Eject section can move to left right to make boxes fall down on the center of table.
